My Story
I spent many years in hospitality leadership, supporting people through challenge, growth, and change. Over time, I realised that what I valued most wasn’t the operations - it was the conversations. The moments when someone understood themselves more deeply and felt able to move forward with confidence.
That realisation led me into professional coaching.
Today, I work with individuals and leaders across Hertfordshire and beyond, offering a calm, reflective space to explore identity, direction, and personal development.
